Created in France during the 19th century, this cider pitcher charms us with its rustic presence and complimenting colors. The pitcher is designed to drink cider, a drink typical of Normandy where it was developed during the 6th or 7th century. The pitcher features an ovoid tapering body, made up of joined oak staves, in the cooperage tradition. The strapping, spout and back handle are all made of brass.
