Created in Sweden during the last quarter of the 19th century, this neoclassical style bench features a rectangular floral upholstered seat, sitting above an apron carved with waterleaf motifs. Painted in a soft color typical of the Scandinavian taste for light palettes, the bench is raised on six fluted legs with carved rosettes on the knees.
