The pouch is in good condition with signs of aging on the leather, expected to be seen on such a piece. The case itself measured 5.5" W x 3.75" D x 0.5" H. Boasting a darker brown patina, a button box completes the ensemble. It is adorned on its removable lid with a horseshoe motif surrounded by a stitched trim.
