SOLD A French gilt bronze three-light chandelier from the 19th century, with three putti holding torches and hand-blow glass bobèches. Born in France during the 19th century, this three-arm chandelier captures our attention with its Rococo curves and lovely décor. The armature made of bronze doré (gilt bronze) showcases C-scrolls on which three dark hued putti are sitting, and adorned with acanthus leaves and pine cones. The putti are each carrying a gilded torch, their body movement complementing the chandelier's silhouette beautifully. Three light pink hand-blown glass bobèches complete the ensemble.
