Born in France during the last decade of the 18th century, this rare canapé features a wraparound back adorned with delicately carved roses on its upper rail. Showcasing arms with scrolled knuckles, the canapé is upholstered in a neutral fabric, and comprises of a custom cushion. Raised on seven fluted tapering legs connected through a rose-carved apron in the front, this Louis XVI period canapé circa 1790 will bring a touch of French elegance to any living room. The seat is 22.5" deep.
