SOLD - Petite Italian Glazed and Hand Painted 19th Century Two-Pots Floral Majolica

SOLD - An Italian glazed and hand painted Majolica from the 19th century, made of two petite pots connected to one another. Born in Italy during the 19th century, this exquisite petite Majolica piece features two small pots, merged together as one piece and adorned with a delicate applied floral décor. The glazed surface, accented with a lovely purple and green painted décor, is the perfect setting to receive the eye-catching pink flowers, some of them still attached to their branch and leaves. Each pot showcases a charming ovoid shape, broken at the top as if recently deserted by a baby chick. The result is one of extreme delicacy, with pastel colors highlighting a delightful Silhouette, making this Italian 19th century Majolica an excellent decorative accent for any home, perhaps placed on a shelf, side table or commode.
