A French majolica cachepot from the early 20th century, with petite handles and feet, and bird motifs. Born in France during the vibrant Roaring Twenties, this French majolica cache-pot features delicate turquoise, green and brown tones delicately adorning the piece's body. A lovely décor of foliage protecting two birds sitting on a thin branch and a dragonfly, accentuates the piece, while two lateral handles allow the cachepot to be moved easily. The ensemble is raised on four petite scrolling feet. With its petite proportions and elegant décor, this French majolica cachepot circa 1920 will bring a graceful touch to any home, perhaps placed on a commode, vaisselier or console table.
